How often should I have my heating & cooling systems serviced?

We recommend having your heating system inspected and serviced prior to the fall & winter months, and your home’s cooling system serviced in the spring.

A preventative maintenance call is a crucial element to making sure your HVAC system runs efficiently and maintains its warranty. During this call, our HVAC technicians will clean components, replace filters, and inspect the system for any wear or issues.

When it is time to replace my HVAC system?

The lifespan of a home HVAC system can vary depending on the brand, system type, installer, and level of seasonal maintenance & service the system has experienced.

In many cases, a heating and cooling system that was installed 10+ years ago is less efficient than the current systems we install. Even if you have a newer system, an undersized system or one that was poorly installed could lead to significant issues and costly repairs.

When is it time to replace my water heater?

The average life expectancy of a residential water heater is 10-12 years. Around that time, the steel tank inside the water heater will start to rust and leak. If you are noticing leaks or unreliable performance from your water heater, it may be time to replace it.
